It’s not about eliminating options
or living in a vacuum
or zen or whatever
and it’s definitely not about doing nothing

I think it’s about not adding value
or not adding meaning
or not adding expectation.
And definitely not about feeling any less.
Or detachment or any of that shit
i want to cry and hurt and be wrong and fail miserably
and be furious like fucking irate
and be happy and ecstatic and overwhelmed with love and present
but not not plan
or only live in the moment

it’s giving space to your own emotions
thoughts
intuitions
and learning to hear and trust what the body tells you
and leaning into
but not overindulging
or letting it send you over a cliff
but also sometimes yes
so it’s definitely not about being in control
it’s about feeling comfortable with not knowing
and responding to the unknown
waiting
and moving only when you really need to

The way of the cat.
Loving being still.
Knowing when to pounce
feeling when the moment is right
and being ok with missing out sometimes

it’s navigating chaos
and learning to love living with doubt.

And definitely doing things for the sheer pleasure of indulging curiosity
